Prior to beginning therapy, I offer a free initial consultation which can be done in person or by phone. This will last typically 10 to 20 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, how my services might address them, and fees.

I am not an in-network provider with any insurance carrier. However, some clients with PPO plans may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement  from their insurance company for services provided. Itemized billing is available as well as other information that may be needed for insurance reimbursement. It is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance company to determine whether such reimbursement is available as a part of their plan. Reduced fees/sliding scale fees are available for clients who are experiencing a financial hardship, but I can only take on a limited number of such clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. For appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, you will be billed for the missed session. Cancellation requests may be made by either voicemail or email.
